YUXUAN ETHAN WU (吴雨轩) is an emerging filmmaker and photographer born and raised in Changsha, China. He received his MFA in Documentary Film from Stanford University and his MA in Visual Media Arts from Emerson College. After living across different countries and cities in the past decade, he found in the camera a way to connect with the world—a way of seeing that reshaped how he experiences everyday life.

His work has been featured by major news outlets such as Phoenix New Media, Tencent, NetEase, and TJ Sports. His documentary films have been screened at internationally renowned festivals, including the Sundance Film Festival, and art house venues such as Anthology Film Archives.
